School Improvement Plan
St. Monica Catholic School priorities are largely based around;
- Catholic Faith: Our Catholic School puts faith first in our mission. To guide our students to Eternal Life, we need to live out our faith every day.
- Community: We are shaped by our community. The culture we foster can serve as our strongest outreach tool.
- Communication: When people know more, they tend to get more involved in what's happening. We think it's important to keep things transparent between the school and the community.
- Collaboration: When we team up to provide the best educational chances for our students, it's a win-win for everyone. This applies not just to our school community but also to our diocesan community.

Technology PlanThe mission of St. Monica Catholic School is the M.O.R.E. Factor - Mission Ordered towards Reaching Eternal Life. We focus on achieving academic excellence for each student, but we also invite them to form a relationship with Jesus Christ, which we hope will guide them into Eternity with Him.
This vision for technology shall support the evolution of instructional strategies that foster interactive, collaborative, and innovative teaching and learning. It shall also promote:- Curriculum integration
- Higher-level thinking skills and human achievement
- Career preparation
- Lifelong learning
- Interaction within school, homes, community, and the world
- Communications and knowledge connection
This technology plan is established as a requirement of our accreditation through MANS. The technology plan is written by the principal, in collaboration with the technology director and building tech supervisor, and reviewed by the school improvement team.
