A Uniform Code for Everyone
At St. Monica Catholic School, we work alongside parents and the Catholic Church to nurture young people in their faith, learning, and community service. Our uniforms reflect our common values and identity in the Catholic education system.
Parents and teachers are partners in maintaining the integrity of our uniform code. Help us by seeing that your child is appropriately dressed before he/she leaves for school.

Where to Buy Uniforms
All St. Monica Catholic School uniform apparel must be purchased through Flynn O’Hara or through our Used Uniform Closet.
The school usually organizes a used uniform sale at the beginning and end of each school year. Watch the calendar for dates! -
Uniform ClosetIf your child has outgrown their pants, shirt or any other uniform item, you can stop into our uniform closet to find a different size. A suggested donation of $5 per item is requested.
All proceeds from the Used Uniform Store will be distributed to the SMCS Boosters for St. Monica Events and school needs!

Girls Boys - Plaid jumper
- Navy blue or khaki pants
- Navy blue or khaki shorts (April 1 through October 31)
- Legging, tights, or knee socks must be worn with skirts and jumpers November 1 – March 31
- Navy blue or hunter green polo shirts, short or long sleeve
- Navy blue or hunter green sweaters or v-neck cardigan
- Navy blue or hunter green turtlenecks (only worn with jumper)
- Navy blue or hunter green 1/4 zip fleece pullover
- Navy blue or khaki pants
- Navy blue or khaki shorts (April 1 through October 31)
- Navy blue or hunter green polo shirts, short or long sleeve
- Navy blue or hunter green sweaters or
v-neck cardigan - Navy blue or hunter green 1/4 zip fleece pullover
Grades 5 through 8
Girls Boys - Plaid skirt (at or below the knee)
- Navy blue or khaki pants
- Navy blue or khaki shorts (April 1 through October 31)
- Legging, tights, or knee socks must be worn with skirts and jumpers November 1 – March 31
- Navy blue or hunter green polo shirts, short or long sleeve
- White button-down collar oxford short- or long-sleeve with criss-cross navy tie
- Navy blue or hunter green sweaters or v-neck cardigan
- Sweater vest in navy
- Navy blue or hunter green turtlenecks (only worn with jumper)
- Navy blue or hunter green 1/4 zip fleece pullover
- Gym uniform, green “Irish” shirt, with black gym shorts.
- Navy blue or khaki pants
- Navy blue or khaki shorts (April 1 through October 31)
- Navy blue or hunter green polo shirts, short or long sleeve
- Navy blue or hunter green sweaters or
v-neck cardigan - Navy blue or hunter green 1/4 zip fleece pullover
- Gym uniform, green “Irish” shirt, with black gym shorts.
Shoes, SOCKS ANd ACCESSORIES
- Leggings must be ankle length and navy blue or black.
- Tights and knee-high socks must be navy or hunter green.
- Socks must be navy, hunter green or white.
- Shoes must be closed and be navy, brown or black.
- Belts must be brown or black.
- Athletic shoes can be any color, however no light-up shoes allowed.
- Sandals closed back only April 1 - October 31 with socks.
- Dress shoes or ballet flats, any color, may be worn year round, closed back only.
No high heels. - Boots, Crocs and flip flops cannot be worn with uniforms.
- Girls can wear simple earrings, wrist watches and religious necklaces. Hair accessories can be navy, hunter green, white or uniform plaid headbands, barrettes, ribbons, and bows.
- 7th and 8th grade girls can wear light make-up.
- Boys can wear wrist watches and religious necklaces.
